Inspired by the Chicago Riverwalk Skyline
There’s always talk of “the road less traveled” but what if we look at the same road in a new way? From a perspective along the Chicago River, this painting depicts the St. Regis building, which is currently the tallest skyscraper in the world designed by a woman. As the viewer’s gaze travels by the boxy structures along the riverfront, one bold construction springs up and pierces the glass ceiling of clouds above.
Original oil painting on canvas, 48”x30”x1.5”
Location: Chicago, IL
Signed on the front, signed & titled on the back and comes with the Certificate of Authenticity
Protective varnish applied to the painting
Painted on 1.5" deep gallery wrapped canvas with all sides painted - no framing is needed
Wired and ready to hang
Please note that colors may vary slightly due to the fact that you are viewing art on a backlit screen.
